Program Details

 

Kickoff 

It’s time to meet your coach! This will be an assessment call to understand where you are in your job search process so we can tailor the coaching program to your needs. 

Module 1: Asset Collection & Learning 

Because a customer success expert leads this program, you’ll learn basic and advanced customer success concepts so you can show up confidently in interviews. We’ll also collect your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. 

Module 2: Job Search Strategy

Gone are the days when you apply to EVERY job. During this week, we’ll work 1:1 to outline your personalized job search strategy. This will set the tone for the rest of the coaching program. 

Module 3: Asset Optimization

Now that we know your job search strategy, we’ll focus on ensuring you’re marketing yourself well, which means your resume and LinkedIn are redone. It’s now time to apply! 

Module 4: Stand-Out Tactics 

This core part of our program will focus on how to help you stand out during the application process, interview strategies so you can effectively communicate why you’re the best candidate for the job, and practice what you learn through our rigorous mock interviews. 

Module 5: Salary Research & Feedback 

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to salaries in customer success. That’s why we’ll walk you through how to tackle this in a way that helps you get paid what you deserve. By this point, you would’ve heard back from companies (hopefully with good news), but if not, we’ll review the feedback and make adjustments.

You’re not alone in this journey. Through Onboard, you’ll have access to an exclusive community with folks who are also part of the coaching program. You’ll also have access to Diana and her team for ongoing support and office hours.

  • How much does it cost?

    Onboard costs $897, which can be paid over the course of 3 months ($332 per month) or save 10% off of the total price by making one upfront payment of $807.

  • How long is this program?

    We're working at your pace! This coaching program includes eight 1-on-1 sessions. Most people complete the modules within four weeks on average and have access to the community for three months.

  • What is the time commitment?

    At minimum, we require one Netflix binge (5-8 hours) per week dedicated to your learning and job search throughout this program.
